I've grown up as both a sailboat racer and a ski racer, which means I’ve always needed gear that’s technical, warm, waterproof, windproof, and durable. Finding the right gear that checks all those boxes and fits well has never been easy for me. I’m not the typical fit—shorter with broad shoulders, wider hips, and an overall athletic build.

Outdoor gear can be some of the most expensive stuff people own, so if you're going to invest, why not spend it on something you know you're going to love?
